FMCSA Revokes 15 ELDs: What Motor Carriers Need to Know

Since November, the FMCSA has taken several actions, resulting in the removal of 15 devices from its list of registered electronic logging devices (ELDs) due to non-compliance with the minimum requirements outlined in 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, appendix A. The devices removed include:
- Keep Tracking
- Rollingtrans ELD - ACCURATE ONE
- RT ELD Plus - ACCURATE PLUS
- COLUMBUS ELD (Model Number: C-US)
- MasterELD (Model Numbers: MELD02, MELD03, and MELD04)
- Mountain ELD
- XELD
- BLUE STAR ELD
- ROAD STAR SOLUTIONS
- United ELD
- Speed ELD
- TrackEnsure ELD (two devices)
Motor carriers utilizing these revoked devices are required to cease their use immediately and replace them within 60 days of the revocation.
